About Kelvin Giormani
KELVIN GIORMANI is a line of products and brand name which is owned and marketed by Arredamenti Company Limited. The company was founded in 1999 in Hong Kong by Kelvin Ng and Jane Tong. It started off as a manufacturer, exporter and retailer of sofas. The sofa specialty retail store has begun to operate in Hong Kong since 1999 under the name of GIORMANI Livingroom Furniture Store. The concept of customizing every sofa for each customer has developed since the very beginning when the company was founded.
In January 2008, KELVIN GIORMANI was first-time launched at IMM Cologne International Furniture Fair through our European distributor. This also signified the end of the OEM and ODM partnership with our previous European partners when Arredamenti decided to go global with the in-house brand. In less than 10 years, KELVIN GIORMANI established brand dealerships in over 20 countries and successfully positioned the brand at the upscale market segment in every country. In 2011, The Chief Designer, Kelvin Ng, became the first Hong Kong designer who received the prestige Pinnacle Design Achievement Award, which is the most influential award for product design in the U.S. home furnishing market.
KELVIN GIORMANI Craftsmanship consists of various key elements that are fused to build a totally unique character for realizing the concepts of high-level customization and leather-fashion inspired design.
KELVIN GIORMANI sofas are produced with the certification of GB/T 19001-2016 / ISO 9001:2015 standard. Great majority of the materials are European origin. All leather are made in Europe or reputable European leather groups, and all major mechanisms are either made in Europe or engineered 100% through European or American technologies. Only solid hard wood and natural plywood are used to build the frames, and most of the frames are constructed with sinuous metal springs to enhance the structure and seat comfort. All foams used are made with high density polyurethane materials to ensure durability.
With KELVIN GIORMANI’s quality control system, finished product quality control becomes more effective and can be more focus on main aspects, namely, sofa final appearance, size and comfort correctness, as well as proper execution of specific customization requirements. Every sofa set is controlled with all legs being assembled and all units being fully composed as if it’s placed in a customer’s house.
