This is the classic model for contemporary bourgeois living. Designed to welcome, to converse and to entertain, Calia Italia Aplomb Sofa, thanks to its deep seat, does not shake when used for working, sleeping and dreaming of better worlds.

The cushioning resting on the backrest and distributed over the seat allows for a more formal use and indeed you could say that its ‘aplomb’ is guaranteed.

Its elegance is underlined by the embroidered stitching on the edge of the frame and in the leather version this is emphasised on the seat cushion. The versatility of the versions and the countless configurations allow it to be placed in unique and customised spaces.

Calia Italia Aplomb Sofa is available partially upholstered in leather (frame plus seat cushion) and/or in fabric, the covers are fully removable in the ‘Aplomb_2’ versions.

Structure: pinewood, masonite, multilayer, and plywood covered with ecological polyurethane foam covered with 100% polyester layer, additionally wrapped with resin.

Spring system: elastic webbing.
Seat Padding: seat cushions in ecologic polyurethane foam covered
with 100% polyester layer, additionally wrapped with resin.

Back Padding: backrest cushions in mollapiuma
Removability: not possible, fixed seat and backrest cushions.
Sewing: leather covers feasible with contrast stitching in the colors available; cuts and sewing vary on microfiber covers. The model (in leather, fabric or microfiber covers) features a decorative sewing called n.

The process is equipped with automatic cutting machines to optimize fabric consumption, so to reduce scraps and improve workers’ lives, in line with the principles of sustainable development. The production of waste and scraps is in fact reduced to a minimum, energy and water consumptions are constantly monitored and optimized.
